CommentsWelcome to the KIA Memorial Quilt Guestbook. Please feel free to leave a message.
CommentsThank you for showing your support for us troops. I appreciate the efforts of all involved. Sgt Joseph Lester USMC
CommentsThis is a great project. Thank you for taking on such a daunting task. I pray everyday that the list of names will stop growing. Amanda in Texas
CommentsI personally would like to thank the ladies for setting up these websites.. and to the ones that have made blocks for the quilts. This will mean more than words can say to the Family and Friends of the Ones that have gone on.. I will also be making blocks for this quilt as well not because I have lost one but for my son who made it back from Iraq safe and sound as this is a wish of his. This will be our way to Honor the Men and Women who served and died for our Country. Thank you Joyce Cloud and Family.... Christopher Cloud and his family
CommentsWe just got an email from our future son in law who just moved out of Fallugah today. He received word and told his fellow Marines about our KIA blocks. This message is from them: THANK YOU SO MUCH. WE WILL NEVER FORGET OUR FALLEN OR THOSE WHO MAKE THESE MEMORIAL QUILTS.
CommentsThis will be a very nice memorial for the fallen soldiers. I have added a link on the Fallen Heroes Memorial website (http://www.fallenheroesmemorial.com/). Tim Rivera
CommentsGreat website.....so many have come forward to offer support and help. Thank you. DixieQ from West Virginia
CommentsWhile it is tragic that so many have died, it would be more tragic still if they were not memorialized for having made the ultimate sacrifice. God bless these men and women, their families, and the United States of America. Arlene R. Delloro Otisville, New York
CommentsRo and Rhonda, you have done a great job with this website. When I think of the task that you have taken on, it just seems mind boggling. Once I get the blocks finished that I have spoken for, I will most likely do more. The list just continues to grow and it is a heart-breaking thing. Hugs, Lacy
CommentsThanks to everyone involved in this project.
CommentsI am humbled to be a part of the making of these quilts. I am fortunate not to have a family member there...but my heart is with all those that are serving and their families. Now...to get this website out so we get more support. Sally in Ponder, TX
CommentsI think this is a wonderful idea in remembrance of our KIA troops. It is for the loved ones left behind to know others do care and recognize the loss to all those left behind. Do you know if anything like this is also being done for the coalition troops who have given their lives in the fight against terrorism and freedom? I am seriously thinking of getting involved but I have not ever made a quilt block before. Could you maybe post a picture of one so all can see what to make it like? Keep up the great work all of you! Webmaster Note: We are in the process of procuring pictures of some of the completed blocks to post. We'll get them up ASAP. Thanks for your interest.
CommentsThis is a wonderful idea and the TV coverage this morning on channel 3 will bring in many quilters, I am sure. I made a block today and will be happy to make more. This is a worthwhile project. Laurie Idaho Falls Id
CommentsI put another 6 blocks in the mail today.........Will do more any time. I listen to the news and realize that more blocks will be needed every day or so. I hope this war comes to an end soon. God Bless all of you who are helping with this project. Laurie
CommentsThis is a worthwhile project. Sharon Stanger Idaho Falls, Idaho Shasta2204@yahoo.com

CommentsI think this is a wonderful Memorial. My sister's only son and only child was killed in Kuwait on March 5, 2004 when two terrorists in a car hit the deliberately vehicle he and three other Navy men were riding in at 100mph with their lights out. I just wanted to make sure you had his name. If you need any information, let me know please. Also, will there be a publicized schedule when the tour starts? ]I am trying to be hopeful] Again, thank you all for your kindness. Brenda S. Ramos. Webmaster Note: Brenda, if you will email us at MemorialQuilt2004@yahoo.com with the name of your nephew, we will check our database to see if he is listed.
